Our Process: Each and every shoe we make is handmade with an attention to detail that requires time, precision and dedication.
That’s why we are happy to offer an exchange on orders in the event your shoes don’t fit. Otherwise, all orders are considered final.
Try it On: When trying on your shoes for the first time, place them on soft surface like a carpet or towel to prevent scratches on the soles. Wear a sock that you would normally wear with this shoe, and use a shoehorn to stabilize the heel and help slide your foot into place. Lace or buckle the shoe to secure and close the facing. Take a few paces to feel how the shoe responds as your foot hinges and flexes naturally.
Size & Fit: If you have a concern with the fit of your shoe, please contact us, as we may be able to remedy your concerns without remaking your shoes. As our foot shape is as unique as our fingerprints, we might need to make a slight adjustment to create a better fit.
We accept exchanges on size only if it meets the following criteria:
- Must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt
- Must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and contents
- Must include a copy of the order invoice
Please note, exchanges will not be accepted when:
- A shoe has any damages which include: wear marks like heavy or deep creasing due to folding or stretching, scuff marks, or scratches to the soles or heels
- The colour or style ordered is no longer your preference
Due to our handmade method all sales are considered final. We do not provide refunds.
Make a Return:
- Please contact us so we are aware of the exchange
- Re-pack the shoe in the same way they were received with original packaging
- We will organize a pick-up at the shipping address indicated on your invoice (within Canada only)
- Upon receiving the package, we will check and verify the contents are eligible for exchange
- You will receive an email notification that your exchange has been approved and processed
Please note we do not provide refunds for any duties, taxes, or shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as Amy Slosky is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
